These fiber optic keystone jacks worked great for me. I paired them with the "Cable Matters Low Profile 6-Port Cat5e, Cat6 Keystone Jack Wall Plate". No modifications required to fit two of these jacks side by side in the wall plate. I've had these in place for about a month and have not seen any negative effects on my connection.

I used 2 DIYTECH fiber Optic Keystone Jack to create a 60 meters long OM5 cable (20 meters each) which was connected a Microtik 10GB swith (CSS618G-2S+IN).Then, I used EASEUS ToDo Backup to transfert PC system image to a TruenasScale server (600GB with took 20 minutes via a Microtik CSS618G-2S+IN 10GB swith).Finally, I did Image verification which was successful. I repeated the test 4 times and each time the backup image was successful.

I use these to terminate my fiber runs in the wall for a nice fiber out in a wall plate. They are perfect if you are terminating with LC CONNECTORS

I'm running fiber from my house to my shop, this made it easy to run to my patch panel. The keystone jacks are universal and fit side by side.
